JERRY WILLIAMS Executive Director Williams Product Company Williams Product Company was founded in 1989 when Joyce Williams opened her own beauty school. In 1990, her husband, Jerry Williams, joined the company and became the Executive Director. The company created the successful Freeze line of products named after the popular hairstyle Joyce invented. The company increased its growing prominence with the emergence of another landmark product, the Switch Relaxer System.
