One form will register all attendees from your company as well as any spouses. Your check should be made payable to AHBAI.

As a special benefit to AHBAI members, companies that register more than three attendees (spouses not included) will receive a $50 discount on the fourth and each additional registrant thereafter.

The registration form, along with your check, must be returned to AHBAI Headquarters no later than August 9, 2002 to obtain the regular registration fee. All registrations received after the cut-off date must include late registration fees.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations with full refund will be granted until August 9, 2002. Cancellations made after that date will be subject to a $150 per person service charge. Registrants with confirmed registrations that fail to attend the conference will be liable for the entire amount unless AHBAI staff is notified at least three days prior to the conference.

Transfers of confirmed registrations will be accepted until August 9, 2002.

Receptions/Business Sessions:
Business Casual Attire

Men: Sports Jacket or shirt and slacks
Women: Dress/skirt, pants suit

Sports Tournament:
Sports Attire

All: Shirts with collars are required
Slacks; shorts or skirts; no cut-offs allowed

SAVE ON TRAVEL
AHBAI's travel coordinator, Tower Travel Management has negotiated special air travel discounts with Delta Airlines for travel to Biloxi, MS. Between September 7 and September 19, 2002. Call Tower Travel at 800-477-4402 within the US and Canada, or 312-327-0130 within Illinois. Reservation lines are open Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. CST. Or e-mail them at association@towertravel.com. Tower Travel will proactively research airline carriers to ensure that they offer the lowest available fares.

We are dedicated to offering the best customer service for all attendees. All attendees should plan to arrive on Thursday, September 12, 2002.

Delta Airline is offering:
A 5% discount below the lowest published airfare or a 10% discount off Delta's full unrestricted fares. Save an additional 5% if you purchase your tickets no later than 60 days in advance of the travel date. Zone fares will apply with a 7-day advance purchase and 2-night minimum stay.

Avis Rent a Car is offering:
Special discounted rates have been arranged with Avis Rent-a-Car, Inc. Ask your Tower Travel representative to reserve an Avis car when you make your airline reservation.

Hotel Accommodations:
Deluxe hotel accommodations await you at the Beau Rivage Resort. Room reservations are available for $129.00 per night. To make your reservations in advance, please call 1/888-383.7037 and request the AHBAI Mid-Year Conference Room Block. All reservations must be made no later than August 9, 2002 to ensure this low room rate. Please confirm your reservations soon.
