HILLARD R. PHILLIPS President High Time Products, Inc. High Time Products, Inc. officially opened its doors for business in 1981, although its beginnings date back to 1972 with the creation of the first marketed razor bump treatment by its founder, H.R. Phillips, a professional pharmacist and nuclear chemist. Pseudofolliculitis barbae, a medical term that appropriately identifies a problematic condition experienced by 70-80 percent of all black men that shave is the focal point for all products manufactured by High Time Products. It is the aim of High Time Products to give every black shaver the necessary vehicles to eliminate razor bumps and ingrowing hairs entirely. |
